Granite State automated their New Hire packet. The efficiency is just incredible!

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) is a 1000-employee nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote quality of life with independence for people with disabilities and seniors through advocacy, information, education, support and transition services.

As a healthcare organization, GSIL is subject to numerous regulatory requirements. Their New Hire packet had grown to 40+ forms that would take hours to complete. The same information had to be filled in multiple times, time was wasted correcting errors, making copies for filing and finding/auditing the information was tedious.

The benefits are enormous since the automated processes are significantly faster and error-free. Filling out the packet used to literally take hours. Now it can be completed in 20-30 minutes. Working with PiF and frevvo, GSIL plans to automate other areas of their business.

[Case Study] Living Innovations cuts the time & cost to on-board a new hire by 50%
