OESJ (K-12 district) digitized routine workflows. Teachers can now spend more time on students

Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville (OESJ) Central School District is a a small, rural K-12 district in upstate NY. Everything was done using paper and sneakers. Their Director of Technology, Bill Cooper, decided to tackle the problem of reducing paper use.

OESJ started with their Purchase Request workflow and digitized it to eliminate the paperwork, back-and-forth for chasing down signatures and corrections and error-handling.
