OESJ (K-12 district) digitized routine workflows. Teachers can now spend more time on students

Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville (OESJ) Central School District is a a small, rural K-12 district in upstate NY. Everything was done using paper and sneakers. Their Director of Technology, Bill Cooper, decided to tackle the problem of reducing paper use.

Granite State automated their New Hire packet. The efficiency is just incredible!

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) is a 1000-employee nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote quality of life with independence for people with disabilities and seniors through advocacy, information, education, support and transition services.

As a healthcare organization, GSIL is subject to numerous regulatory requirements. Their New Hire packet had grown to 40+ forms that would take hours to complete. The same information had to be filled in multiple times, time was wasted correcting errors, making copies for filing and finding/auditing the information was tedious.
