Humanetics chooses frevvo to automate everyday approval workflows

Humanetics produces a wide variety of innovative products including regulated and non-regulated crash test dummies, ranging in size from new-born infants to large adult human surrogates. They were using a mix of InfoPath forms, custom-built applications or e-mailing paper/PDF documents around for approvals. They wanted to standardize on a single product to automate their approval workflows starting with HR and I.T. then branching out to Purchasing, Shipping, and eventually to QA and other Departments.

With Microsoft discontinuing InfoPath and the general outdated appearance of InfoPath forms, it didn’t make sense to continue down that path. However, they have a significant Microsoft-based infrastructure (like many other companies) including Windows servers, Active Directory, SQL Server, Internet Explorer etc.

Humanetics looked at Adobe LiveCycle but quickly realized that it was prohibitively expensive and complex to use.

They chose frevvo Live Forms after a brief evaluation because:

  • It provides end users with a fantastic user experience on all devices yet is powerful enough to meet their unique business needs and create their customized forms/workflows.
  • It works with their existing Microsoft infrastructure including AD, SQL, IE, Windows, and SharePoint.
  • It’s easy to use, fast and affordable.

Are you looking for an alternative to InfoPath and SharePoint? Why not try frevvo free for 30 days today and find out how you too can start implementing game changing solutions?
