With Google Apps for Business/Education, Google Drive can be used as a low cost (free for education) system to store documents and to share them with people in your organization. With frevvo, you can deploy forms and workflows that generate documents (e.g. a Permission form PDF signed by a parent) and automatically upload them to Google Drive. It’s simple:
- Drag and drop to create your form or workflow as usual.
- You can include sophisticated layouts, signatures, calculations, rules etc.
- Generate the desired PDF documents.
- Run the Save to Google Drive wizard.
You can save each submission to its own sub-folder and give the folder a unique, easily identifiable name generated from data in the form. For example, if you’re collecting signed permission forms for all your students, you can name each sub-folder with the student’s name and save the signed PDF document so it’s easy to find. Try it out for yourself. Click this link for the English language version or this link for the Spanish language version.
