Installing frevvo for Confluence

If you want to use online forms and workflows in Confluence, frevvo Live Forms for Confluence is a great choice. It’s extremely easy to use and straightforward to install as well. However, customers sometimes get confused – Live Forms for Confluence has two components: a Confluence plugin and the frevvo server. Both are required and the plugin must be configured to connect to the server.

Drop-dead simple Confluence Workflows

Workflows, in particular, simple approval workflows are extremely common at business organizations of all sizes. For example:

  • An Expense Report that must be approved by your Manager
  • Vacation Request that needs approval
  • Patient Referrals where a Nurse or Physician’s Assistant fills out the top part of a form, a Doctor has to sign it and then send it to the hospital
  • Issue Tracking where an Employee creates an internal support issue and admin support staff take multiple actions on the issue before closing it

Excited about our new Confluence release

It’s been an unbelievable time – obviously, we haven’t updated the blog at all recently. We’re really excited about our new product for Atlassian Confluence. We’ve been working with quite a few customers who have now successfully used frevvo within Confluence for things like:

  • Issue tracking systems
  • Event registration (download submissions to MS Excel)
  • Patient referral
  • Student enrollment

and many other applications.

The new version has full user/group integration with Confluence, works with your Active Directory/LDAP systems, includes workflows, digital signatures, task lists in Confluence, the ability to create/update Confluence pages from forms & workflows, the ability to collect multiple submissions in a single Confluence page etc.
